At Lower Elsford Farm we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website, subscribers to our e-newsletter and guests to our holiday cottages. We will not use the data you give us in any way other than how we specifically state we will be doing so. We will respect your wishes in all our marketing. Visitors To Our Website
When you, or anyone else, visits our website www.lowerelsfordfarm.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is for our own marketing purposes to find out which pages are most popular on our website and to research customer patterns within the website. We do not access any of your personal data using Google and we do not allow Google or anyone else to make an attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our site.  Mailing Lists
We would like to send you special offers and cottage news as part of our regular marketing emails. To do this, we will need some personal information from you – your email address and your name. We use this data to email you about special offers, discounts, events and activities and other information that we feel are of interest to you. We may also contact you to check we have your information correct, or to check you are happy still receiving content from us. We will never give, sell, trade or rent any of your data to or with other organisations or businesses. We will not use the data you give us to subscribe to our newsletter in any other way. It will not be saved on any other system aside from the list you signed up for, and we will not transfer it to any other lists unless you allow us to do so.

 Booking Information
When you make an online or telephone booking with us your name, address, email, contact telephone numbers and any other relevant information will be stored in our booking system which is administered by SuperControl who act as the appointed data processor. At the time of booking you will be asked whether you wish to receive emails with news and information in addition to the standard emails concerned with your booking.
If you opt in to receive our e-newsletter we will treat your data as detailed in the mailing list section above. If you decide not to receive our e-newsletter, you will only receive the standard emails concerned with your booking. You can opt in or out of the e-newsletter at any time by using the methods detailed above.
Please be assured we do not share your personal details with any other company or person without your consent.

 WiFi
At Lower Elsford Farm we operate open access wifi in our cottages. We do not collect any data about your use of the internet while you stay with us.

We have links within our website to other sites we feel you may have an interest in, or sites we recommend for services. This privacy notice does not cover those links and those sites are not governed by this Privacy Notice. If you have questions about how those sites use your data, please check their privacy notice. We are a member of Premier Cottages, a professional collective of independent luxury cottage owners. Premier Cottages promotes properties on our behalf as well as other luxury cottages. As members of Premier Cottages we would like to give them your information so that they can contact you about other quality properties that you might like. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from this service at any time.

 Access To Your Personal Information
You are entitled to access the personal information we hold on you. Email your request to lowerelsfordfarm@icloud.com and we will respond to your request within 14 days.

Holding Your Data
If you request to unsubscribe from our newsletter your details will remain on our booking system but you will no longer be contacted by us. You can request that we delete all data we hold for you by e-mailing lowerelsfordfarm@icloud.com  We will not do anything with your data that you do not consent to.
