We loved our stay at Pond View. The whole site is stunning and Paul & Jan are wonderful hosts. Becky falls was brilliant & great for a rainy day. The miniature Pony Centre was a great day out with lots of opportunities for children to get involved with the animals.

Another lovely week spent at ‘Garden Cottage’. This was our second time and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. We made full use of the facilities – especially the games room and table tennis. We had lovely days out locally at the reservoir, Becky Falls and Parke. Highlights of our week were…

Thank you Paul & Jan. Some very careful thought has gone into making this a very special place for your visitors. You have thought of everything. Our favorite place in the cottage is the little landing between the bedrooms. Light, peaceful, restful and cosy.

Fabulous cottage with all the facilities you could ask for and more. Coupled with the warm welcome given by Paul & Jan (especially the lovely Devon cream tea), it is pretty much perfect.

Just perfect cottage. Very welcoming, lovely location. Absolutely loved the pool, table tennis and games room – well used. Would definately return. Thank you xx

Absolutely fantastic stay in the garden Cottage. Paul & Jan have thought of everything and our 6 year old has loved it. We had a great trip to Kent Caverns and up Haytor, and many an hour spent swimming and in the games room. We’ll be back for sure.

Our second trip to Lower Elsford and our first stay in Pond View. We’ve had a really wonderful time and will be back! Martha and Eliza will miss our daily trips to the pool!
